Annual Dinner & AGM

 The annual regional dinner, followed by the AGM, was disbanded in 2016.

The AGM is now incorporated in the annual Mini Conference.
It is a brief event, its main purpose is to hear the President's annual report and to receive and adopt the audited Financial Statement of Accounts.
